At First Federal Bank, we’re always working to enhance the experience for our clients and guests, by continually monitoring and increasing the accessibility and usability for everyone. Our accessibility efforts are founded on First Federal ideals of providing financial stability to our communities, which includes a meaningful online experience. While there is no single test of conformance, we have selected the Web World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C’s) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA as our target. Design and ongoing enhancements are made with this level in mind. What are we doing?
