We are fresh of our home purchase so I wanted to get this out to share out experience. Matt Harsh is excellent at his job. We were not a cookie-cutter situation and you had to have some pretty extensive experience to work with our situation. Matt worked with us and a tight timeline after canceling two contracts. He knew what to anticipate and how to manage our expectations. I knew we had a tight timeline so anything he gave to me I turned back around within an hour or so.
